Su Casa Staging and Redesign LLC is hiring an Operations and Project Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM. This position manages the administrative operations of a home staging business, going well beyond traditional administrative duties to ensure smooth project execution and business continuity.

The coordinator will handle project management across the entire staging lifecycle, from initial booking through installation and final destaging. Responsibilities include communicating with real estate agents, homeowners, vendors, and internal staging and logistics teams. The role requires managing schedules, contracts, invoices, insurance documentation, and project files while maintaining organized CRM and task-management systems. Additional duties involve tracking accounts receivable and following up on unpaid invoices, monitoring staged properties and rental renewals, overseeing company vehicle and maintenance records, and following up on proposals and client requests. The coordinator must keep the owner informed of key updates, problems, and accomplishments while anticipating future needs and proactively managing multiple priorities.

Ideal candidates demonstrate exceptional organizational and attention to detail. They communicate proactively, respond promptly, and maintain accountability for their work. The position requires someone comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and closing out tasks without repeated reminders. Professional interactions with clients and colleagues are essential. Experience in office management, project coordination, real estate, property management, construction, interior design, or another service-oriented business is beneficial. Familiarity with calendar management, spreadsheets, invoicing and accounting software, CRM and project-management platforms, and digital documentation systems is helpful. The candidate must be comfortable receiving feedback and communicating professionally.
