Su Casa Staging and Redesign LLC is hiring a Driver/Mover/Logistics Team Member in Albuquerque, NM. The company stages more than 300 homes annually throughout New Mexico and is expanding its operations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading, moving, and installing furniture and décor in homes throughout New Mexico
- Safely operating 20, 26' box trucks
- Packing and securing furniture to prevent damage during transport
- Collaborating with designers and staging professionals to prepare homes for sale
- Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and maintaining accurate inventory
- Contributing to truck maintenance, loading procedures, and general operations
- Traveling to project sites in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Los Lunas, Belen, and surrounding areas
- Representing Su Casa professionally when in clients' homes and when meeting with real estate professionals
Required qualifications and attributes:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and ability to function as a team member
- Capacity to take direction and work independently as situations require
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Physical ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation
Preferred experience:
- Moving industry background
- Warehouse operations
- Box truck driving
- Furniture delivery or logistics
- Leadership or crew lead roles
