Staged is currently looking for a Design Sales Specialist. This individual will have the chance to establish and maintain long term relationships with clients and spur sales within the organization through networking and authentic client engagement.

The role of the sales specialist involves promoting continued customer interactions and keeping customers linked to the brand. Their duties also include the acquisition of new customers and fostering client relationships.

The Design Sales Specialist will assume various tasks. They will employ their sales expertise at home client walkthroughs, taking precise measurements, and assessing a client’s living space. They will also drive sales through organic outreach and networking events.

Furthermore, they are responsible for upholding monthly and weekly sales goals. They will construct and uphold strong, durable customer relationships, determine pricing, structure proposals, and handle a range of administrative tasks. In addition, the role requires travelling across the tri-state area.

The ideal candidate should be outgoing, professional, and an excellent communicator. Furthermore, they should be organized, attentive to detail, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should feel comfortable working both independently and within a team and possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.

The salary for this position is 60K. Relevant experience includes a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or an industry relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field is preferred.
