Customer Service Agent

TNT Real Estate Services LLC is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, remote position operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be based in the Raleigh area or surrounding communities. The company, known as TNT Staging, specializes in home staging and real estate photography throughout North and South Carolina.

The Customer Service Agent serves as a primary contact point for clients, managing phone calls, text messages, and emails while maintaining professional and friendly interactions. This role requires close coordination with the Customer Service, Sales, Design, Staging, and Logistics teams to keep information flowing and support smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answer phones, texts, and emails with timely, professional responses to client inquiries
• Address client questions about services, scheduling, and general service details
• Keep communication clear and consistent with clients throughout the service lifecycle
• Coordinate updates and information sharing across Customer Service, Sales, Design, Staging, and Logistics departments
• Use Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive to organize data and manage daily tasks
• Maintain accurate records of client information, contact details, and internal documentation
• Follow up with clients and team members to ensure communication stays on schedule
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to appropriate staff members
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks supporting customer service operations

Required qualifications:

• Residency in the Raleigh, NC area or surrounding communities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in Russian
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work efficiently
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required

The position offers $20 per hour.
