Cleaner & Property Stager

Glasshouse Realty is hiring Cleaners & Property Stagers in Painesville, OH to prepare residential homes for sale. The company is expanding its property services team and offering flexible, part-time work with the potential for more consistent hours depending on project availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Deep cleaning homes scheduled for market listing
• Sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, appliances and baseboards
• Performing move-out and vacant property cleaning
• Final cleaning following repairs, painting or renovation work
• Decluttering and organizing interior spaces
• Light staging activities such as furniture arrangement
• Placing decorative items, bedding, pillows and accessories throughout homes
• Preparing properties for professional photography and buyer showings
• Removing unwanted items and completing final property details

Candidates should be reliable, hardworking individuals with strong attention to detail. Applicants must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew. Prior cleaning or staging experience is beneficial but not required; the company welcomes applications from those with strong work ethic and an eye for making spaces appealing.
