Home Staging Northwest is hiring a Mover in Beaverton, OR. This position involves transporting and installing furniture and staging materials in residential properties, supporting real estate professionals and homeowners. The role combines warehouse operations with on-site staging work, requiring physical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Core responsibilities include the following:

  • Load, transport, unload, and place furniture and décor in client homes using proper material-handling techniques.
  • Assist staging and warehouse team members with installation and removal projects while following their direction.
  • Handle all furniture and décor with care to protect items and property surfaces.
  • Operate company trucks efficiently, loading and unloading according to established procedures.
  • Pick, organize, and prepare staging inventory based on work orders, then return materials to the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory in the warehouse, identifying and reporting missing, damaged, or misplaced items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, warehouse space, and staging materials to support daily operations.
  • Meet timelines for installation and removal jobs, even during high-volume periods.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, real estate agents, builders, developers, and other business partners.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, including proper lifting and material-handling practices.
  • Work collaboratively with staging, warehouse, and leadership staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have the following attributes and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in moving, warehousing, delivery, construction, staging, or similar physically demanding work preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely and consistently lift, carry, push, and pull staging materials and furniture.
  • Strong attention to detail and care when handling items in residential settings.
  • Reliability and punctuality with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Physical capability to manage a demanding work environment.
  • Basic competency with counting, measuring, and following written or verbal instructions.
  • Solid organizational abilities and commitment to maintaining a tidy, well-organized workspace.
  • Polite, professional demeanor when interacting with clients and business partners.
  • Dedication to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques.
  • Willingness to learn staging, inventory, warehouse, and moving operations.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday, beginning at 8am from the warehouse, with work continuing until jobs are complete and preparation for the following day is finished.
