Home Staging New England is hiring an Account Manager & Operations Coordinator in Lincoln, RI. This hybrid position involves managing client relationships and coordinating staging logistics for a premier home staging company that partners with real estate agents to accelerate property sales.

The role spans approximately 40 hours per week, with 5 to 10 hours required in the Lincoln office (primarily on Mondays) and the remainder completed remotely. Daily administrative work typically requires four hours, though the position operates on an on-demand responsiveness model requiring availability to answer calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM to support active agents and moving teams.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Maintain relationships with the existing agent network through regular outreach and monthly check-ins to inactive or past clients with the goal of generating repeat business
  • Process, track, and follow up on quote requests from both new repeat clients and existing accounts
  • Schedule consultations, staging sessions, and destaging services across design, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Verify property access the day before each scheduled service, collecting lockbox codes, key pickup instructions, and access details
  • Gather client feedback after jobs are completed, compile findings for leadership, and request online reviews when experiences are positive
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and internal messaging to ensure departments stay coordinated

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Account management, customer service, or administrative coordination background, with real estate or design experience preferred
  • Strong phone skills, interpersonal confidence, and comfort initiating outbound calls for relationship building
  • Self-motivated approach to working in an on-demand environment with strong responsiveness to messages and requests
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with email, text platforms, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to commute regularly to the Lincoln, RI location

Compensation begins at $39,000 annually as base salary, paid at $750 per week. Monthly performance bonuses are available based on company sales targets and operational metrics, ranging from $500 to $1,500 monthly ($6,000 to $18,000 annually), bringing total potential earnings to $45,000 to $57,000 per year.
