Home Stager

RM Staging and Design is hiring a Home Stager in Nashville, TN. This contract position involves reimagining residential spaces through strategic design and thoughtful arrangement of furnishings and decor to create market-ready homes that attract buyers and enhance property values. The stager will blend creative vision with technical skills to execute projects from initial planning through final delivery.

• Develop staging strategies that showcase each property's strengths and appeal to the intended buyer demographic
• Select, position, and style furniture, accessories, artwork, and decorative elements to maximize space and visual appeal
• Use design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max to produce floor plans and renderings for client review
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery and placement of furnishings and materials on schedule
• Visit properties to evaluate room dimensions, natural and artificial lighting, and structural factors that inform staging decisions
• Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and client requirements
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand objectives, provide project updates, and incorporate requested adjustments

The role requires solid understanding of interior design fundamentals including color application, lighting effects, spatial arrangement, and furniture selection. Strong project management capabilities are essential, encompassing budget tracking, timeline coordination, and vendor relationships.

This is a travel-intensive position requiring on-site work across multiple properties. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
