Furniture Mover/Assembly/Installation Assistant

B Styled Staging is hiring a Furniture Mover/Assembly/Installation Assistant in the Fort Worth and DFW area. This part-time role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position on an as-needed basis with a flexible schedule. Hours are not guaranteed and will shift week to week based on staging project demand. This opportunity suits someone juggling classes, holding another job with schedule flexibility, or seeking supplemental income.

Responsibilities include:

• Load, unload, and transport furniture and décor to and from the warehouse and client homes
• Assist with home staging installations and placement of furniture pieces
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Protect furniture, walls, floors, and homes during the moving process
• Show up on time and communicate clearly about scheduled jobs

Required qualifications:

• Capacity to safely lift and carry 75+ pounds when working with a partner
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Willingness to drive throughout the DFW area to the warehouse and job sites
• Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic
• Professional demeanor when working inside client homes
• Careful handling of furniture and décor with attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend projects as job needs arise
• Prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehousing, or staging is a bonus but not necessary

The position pays $20 to $22 per hour based on experience. Work occurs primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend assignments. As B Styled Staging expands, there may be opportunities for additional hours.
