They are currently seeking a Home Stager/Designer, who will play an integral role in altering properties by professionally styling both vacant and occupied staging installations. The incumbent will work in tandem with the Design Operations Manager to execute staging projects, uphold inventory, and aid with warehouse operations. This role is tailored for someone with a strong design acumen, a positive outlook, and the skill to adapt to a bustling environment.
The responsibilities include planning and executing staging installations, assisting with setting up and styling of both vacant and occupied staging projects to guarantee a refined, market-ready aesthetic. They will have to cooperate and provide support to the Design Operations Manager to ensure efficient completion of installations and warehouse tasks. The job also entails visiting properties in advance to evaluate the layout and prepare staging plans, assisting in sourcing furniture and décor locally to enhance Hevenle’s staging projects, and maintaining warehouse organization by keeping inventory clean, organized and easily accessible for future projects.
Qualifications for the role include having reliable transportation to commute between warehouse, staging sites, and sourcing locations across the Austin area. They should possess strong design instincts and an eye for aesthetics. They must be comfortable working independently and as a member of a team, adapting to a flexible schedule and be willing to assist with moving, lifting, and hands-on staging work. A positive, proactive mindset is a must, along with clear and direct communication with the team and a warm, friendly demeanour with clients. They should also be comfortable dressed in activewear that allows for movement and hands-on tasks.

The position is part-time, contract-based, offering a pay of $20.00 per hour with an expectation of 20 working hours per week. The job offers a flexible schedule and a referral program. The work hours include 4 hour shifts, the freedom to choose working hours from Monday to Friday. The job location mandates in-person attendance.
