Primary responsibilities include:

• Sorting, organizing, and boxing household goods for moving or sale
• Safely packing and unpacking items at client locations
• Transporting moving supplies and boxes within homes
• Staging homes in preparation for sale and resettling spaces according to floor plans
• Lifting boxes, decor, and some furniture
• Interacting with clients, their families, and teammates
• Delivering exceptional customer service during packing, unpacking, staging, and resettling

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Capable of standing and working for extended periods
• Access to a computer for scheduling, timekeeping, and project management applications
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and honest
• Comfortable in dusty or dirty environments
• In good physical condition to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and standing

The position offers part-time, flexible hours with no guarantee of consistent weekly or daily scheduling. Pay is $15 per hour, with variation based on experience.
