Home Stager – Experienced

Home Staging Company is hiring an experienced Home Stager in Gilbert, AZ. This position requires someone with a background in professional home staging who can independently manage staging projects from start to finish. The role can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's needs, with a flexible schedule and no weekend or holiday work required.

Responsibilities include:

• Curating furniture, artwork, accessories, and decorative elements for staging projects
• Retrieving and preparing inventory from the warehouse
• Staging all areas of vacant homes including living rooms, kitchens, dining spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms
• Making design choices that align with the company's staging style
• Directing placement of furniture and décor during installation
• Collaborating effectively with movers and team members
• Packing and organizing inventory during destaging and resetting
• Maintaining organized, well-maintained inventory in the warehouse
• Monitoring inventory for damage, missing items, or needed replacements
• Keeping projects moving efficiently and on schedule
• Preparing homes to be photograph-ready and ready for listing before departing the property

Required qualifications and experience:

• Previous professional experience staging vacant homes for a home staging company
• Strong understanding of interior design, styling, proportion, color coordination, and furniture arrangement
• Knowledge of the full staging workflow from warehouse selection through installation to destaging
• Ability to make quick, assured design decisions on-site
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with the physical demands of staging, including unpacking, styling, organizing, bending, lifting, and being on feet for extended periods
• Attention to visual details that create photo-worthy homes
• Own reliable transportation to the warehouse; company van provided for job site travel

Home Staging Company offers a flexible schedule with weekends and holidays off. Compensation is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour for in-person work in Gilbert, AZ.
