Sales & Relationship Manager

StyleHouse Home Staging and Design is a creative and detail-oriented company that specializes in transforming homes to become more marketable. They are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to drive business growth, cultivate client relationships and ensure a steady increase in bookings each month.

The ideal candidate for this role is not just a persuasive communicator but also possesses a keen eye for design and a passion for the real estate industry. The Salesperson would hold the crucial responsibility of fostering business growth by showcasing the company's home staging solutions and successfully closing sales deals.

The key responsibilities of this role will involve initiating leads, actively seeking new business opportunities, and preparing compelling sales proposals. The Salesperson will work in collaboration with the staging team, maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, and stay up to date on real estate market trends. They are also expected to keep records of sales activities and report on performance.

To qualify for this role, the candidate must demonstrate proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, home design, or a related field. Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational abilities are also required, alongside basic knowledge of home staging and design principles. The candidate should be proficient in Google Suite and Honeybook CRM software and although it would be beneficial to have a degree in marketing or business, it is not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with social media marketing experience will be preferred.
