Day-to-day responsibilities span multiple areas of staging work:
- Gather, pack, and transport decorative items into the company trailer; unload bins at job sites; stage assigned rooms; perform light cleaning of furniture and warehouse spaces; organize décor on shelves by category
- Drive extensively throughout the area; occasionally operate an 18-foot cargo trailer using a Toyota Tundra (training provided)
- Transport furniture between warehouse and homes; load cargo trailers using established procedures; handle predominantly lightweight pieces
- Install artwork and mirrors at final placement; pack up unused items into trailers upon project completion
While team members share these tasks, the role requires capability across all areas. The primary focus is decorating, though the position demands flexibility to support whatever the team needs.
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background check
- Current driving record in good standing
- Drug-free status
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to lift 50 pounds individually
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with assistance from another person
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good organizational abilities
- Careful attention to detail
- Interior decorating experience preferred
