Home Staging Mover

Crest and Cove Designs is hiring a Home Staging Mover in San Marcos, CA. The position supports the company's home staging and interior design projects, with work based out of the San Marcos location and travel to job sites as needed.

The role involves handling all physical aspects of staging installations and removals:

• Load, unload, and transport furniture and decorative items to and from job sites
• Set up and dismantle staged home interiors
• Drive items between the San Marcos base and client locations
• Handle all furniture and décor with care and professionalism
• Collaborate with a small team on project days

Requirements for the position include the ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform sustained physical labor. Candidates must have reliable transportation to the San Marcos base and a track record of dependability and punctuality. Prior experience in moving, staging, warehouse work, or general labor is helpful though not required. Familiarity with or experience operating a 20-foot box truck is preferred.

The position offers 20 hours per week guaranteed, with the likelihood of full-time hours expanding through the summer season. Hours vary based on project schedules.
