Junior Luxury Home Stager

Everything Creative Designs is hiring a Junior Luxury Home Stager in San Diego, CA 92126. The position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week with availability for at least 3 days weekly. During peak seasons, hours may extend to 40 per week. The role suits someone with a genuine passion for design, the ability to learn quickly, and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Creative problem-solving is valued when initial concepts need adjustment.

Responsibilities include assisting designers during projects and installations, supporting lead stylists from beginning to end, handling packing and destaging jobs, and managing daily support operations such as folding towels and organizing bedding and accessories. The stager will maintain familiarity with the company's inventory system, contribute to inventory management and organization, and work collaboratively with and potentially lead a team of staging assistants.

Candidates must have two years of industry experience in staging or styling, hold an associate's degree or higher, and possess proficiency with Google Apps and Slack. Strong communication skills are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 20 to 30 pounds regularly, stand throughout the day, and possess a valid driver's license. A personal cell phone for communication and inventory purposes is necessary.
