Part Time Designer/Home Stager

First Home Staging is hiring a Part Time Designer/Home Stager in Anaheim, CA. The company has been providing full-service home staging throughout Orange County since 2016. This position involves leading staging projects with team support and managing multiple concurrent assignments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conduct walkthroughs of homes to implement staging plans
• Direct team members and coordinate with movers at job sites and the warehouse
• Pack and unpack home furnishings and accessories
• Handle de-staging work for both vacant and occupied homes
• Generate social media content
• Participate in redesign project collaboration
• Plan space layouts and arrange furniture
• Work with staff to coordinate, schedule and carry out staging projects from initial estimate through final installation for both vacant and occupied properties
• Balance concurrent projects simultaneously
• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications and requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Excel and Word
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation available for travel throughout Orange County
• Strong eye for design with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks at once and respond effectively to unexpected situations
• Analytical approach to problem solving and creative thinking for staging and client challenges

The position runs Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Compensation is $25 per hour.
