Project Manager/Interior Designer

Zoom Casa, LLC is hiring a Project Manager/Interior Designer in Encino, CA. This full-time position involves managing design projects from start to finish while serving as the main point of contact for real estate agents and homeowners. The role blends project oversight with design consultation and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Meet with homeowners and real estate agents to discuss design needs and gather project requirements
• Turn leads into signed contracts and monitor the overall project pipeline
• Oversee all phases of projects to ensure on-time and quality delivery
• Track project timelines and spending to stay within budget parameters
• Coordinate the vendor bidding process and negotiate cost estimates
• Visit properties to conduct detailed assessments and take photographs
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and trade partners
• Provide guidance on staging strategies and renovation approaches
• Keep clients informed throughout each project phase
• Meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
• Use digital tools and mobile applications to track project progress

Required qualifications and experience:

• 1 to 2 years of professional interior design experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity with required office time and on-site property visits
• Proficiency with design software is preferred
• Background in home staging or real estate design is a plus

This position is based in Encino, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring regular office presence and site visits. Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $83,000 annually.
