Telemarketing Representative

ECD LA is hiring a Telemarketing Representative in Commerce, CA. This part-time position involves making outbound calls to prospective customers to present the company's home staging services. The representative will use warm calling techniques to spark interest, understand what clients need, and propose solutions suited to their goals.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using warm calling methods to generate interest in home staging services
• Practice consultative selling by learning what customers need and recommending tailored options that fit their business requirements
• Track leads, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as Pipedrive
• Partner with marketing and business development staff to find new opportunities and improve outreach methods
• Maintain professional and persuasive phone conversations at all times
• Follow up with prospects on a regular basis to build relationships and increase the chance of closing deals

Candidates should have prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales. Strong English communication and negotiation abilities are required, along with the capability to explain complex information clearly. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Cloud or comparable sales technology is preferred. Applicants should understand B2B sales processes and be comfortable with outbound calling. The ability to learn and adopt new sales tools quickly is important. A track record of successfully closing deals, delivering customer service, and contributing to business development is expected.

The position offers a flexible schedule and paid training. Work takes place in person at the Commerce location, with compensation of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
