Warehouse Manager

Francesca Grace Home is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Los Angeles, CA. This position leads the staging warehouse, managing a large rotating inventory of furniture and décor while overseeing vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and team operations. The role ensures all staging materials stay organized, tracked, and ready for project deployment at any time.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Organize, track, and maintain a large and constantly evolving inventory of furniture, décor, and staging materials
• Manage vendor relationships by sourcing, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, handling returns, and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records in both Excel and StageForce systems
• Plan and execute logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, staging installations, and de-installations
• Anticipate inventory needs for upcoming projects and schedule accordingly
• Prepare staging pieces for timely pickup or delivery
• Oversee monthly truck maintenance schedules

Required qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience in warehouse management, staging operations, or high-volume inventory environments
• Meticulous attention to detail with proven systems for organizing large inventories
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Logistical thinking with the ability to plan ahead, prioritize, and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• StageForce experience strongly preferred
