As an Assistant Home Stager, responsibilities extend to arranging, packing, and readying décor and pillows for staging projects. Employees will need to assist Lead Stagers and the Staging Director efficiently. They will have to be involved in loading and unloading company vehicles for job site deliveries and pickups. Timely and accurate completion of paperwork is a necessity. Staff will need to handle logistics to aid the design team’s staging blueprint and confirm all furniture is neatly kept, in good condition, and ready for use.

Additionally, they will be entrusted with the management of social media posts. They must ensure communication is clear and punctual with the office team regarding property arrivals and departures and maintain the soft goods bay fully organized at the end of every workday.

Standards are high, and bedding, bed skirts, and other textiles must be ironed to presentation level. A positive, solution-centered approach is obligatory for all tasks. There may be changes in schedule and priority, so adaptability is required. Moreover, collaboration is profoundly essential and observations, improvement suggestions, or opportunities should be shared with management.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available with an hourly compensation range of $15.00 – $16.00. Benefits include paid time off and in-person working location.
