Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist

Restyle Home LLC is hiring a Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist in Boca Raton, FL. This position combines warehouse operations with on-site delivery and installation work for high-end residential and commercial staging projects. The specialist will transport and install furniture, artwork, mirrors, and wall decor while maintaining strict attention to detail and protecting client properties throughout each project.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating a 26 ft box truck to transport items between the warehouse and job sites (no CDL required)
• Loading, wrapping, and padding furniture and decor to ensure safe transport
• Delivering and installing items at residential and commercial locations according to designer and client specifications
• Verifying that all installations are level, secure, and meet project requirements
• Safeguarding client homes and furnishings throughout moves and installations
• Removing and returning items when staging projects conclude
• Recording inventory movements and delivery confirmations using StageForce software
• Participating in warehouse duties including receiving, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records
• Building clear communication channels with clients, designers, and team members
• Keeping tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order

Qualifications required:

• Current driver's license with a clean driving record
• Capability to drive and operate a 26 ft box truck
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy furniture, typically as part of a team
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and self-directed work style
• Comfort interacting professionally with clients in their homes
• Ability to commute to Boca Raton, FL 33487
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Background in white glove service, high-end furniture delivery, art installation, or warehouse management software is valued but not required. Prior experience with interior design or staging is a plus.

The role runs 35 to 45 hours per week at an hourly rate of $22 to $25, with benefits including health insurance, dental coverage, vision insurance, and paid time off. This is an in-person position based in Boca Raton, FL.
