The company is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Home Stager. The opportunity is dynamic and may include part ownership. Despite a necessary knack for staging, prior experience is not mandatory. An understanding of color theory, lighting design, and renovation processes is crucial for this role. As a Home Stager, the candidate will be instrumental in enhancing property aesthetics to optimize marketability.

The candidate's responsibilities include working with clients to grasp their vision and staging requirements for residential properties. They will use design software to formulate staging plans and visual presentations. The candidate will be tasked with managing staging projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. They will choose suitable furnishings, decor, and accessories that resonate with the target market. They will devise lighting design strategies to boost the visual appeal of staged homes.

In addition to these tasks, the role involves conducting site assessments to evaluate properties and pinpoint staging opportunities. Organizing logistics for staging installations, including transportation and on-site setup of materials, is also part of the role. The candidate will keep an inventory of staging materials and furnishings organized. Providing clients with insights on the latest market trends in home design and staging is another important responsibility.

The preferred candidate may have experience in interior design or home staging, though this is not a requirement. They must possess strong project management skills and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of color theory and its application in home staging is essential. Familiarity with drafting techniques and CAD systems is beneficial. Experience in renovation or construction processes is added advantage. Excellent communication skills are necessary for client interactions and presentations. The candidate needs the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. This job is contract-based, with an hourly pay between $22.60 and $27.22. Candidates must be able to commute to Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785. The work location is on-site.
