Home Staging Assistant

DeVore Design is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in Orlando, FL. The company has operated since 2015 providing real estate media services including photography, videography, and 3D tours throughout Central Florida, with experience staging over 15,000 properties in the area.

This position involves the following responsibilities:

• Consulting with homeowners and real estate agents about staging plans
• Arranging furniture and décor in residential properties
• Transporting furniture between staging locations and the company warehouse
• Managing and organizing inventory systems
• Assembling furniture pieces
• Organizing and categorizing décor items
• Installing and removing furnishings from single family homes
• Completing other staging-related tasks as needed

Candidates must meet these qualifications:

• Background in design and décor
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Physical capability to lift 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely lift and relocate furniture
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation, as driving is essential to the role
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday. The position offers two weeks of paid time off annually.
