Key responsibilities that the Mover/Staging Installer will handle include safe loading and unloading for staging transport, careful packing and organizing of furniture and decor, assembling new furniture at the warehouse and on-site during installation, and maintaining essential items like tools, hardware, blankets, bins, and supplies.

They will also oversee the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse while managing inventory flow. They must communicate effectively with team members and clients about delivery statuses and potential issues. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Assisting in inventory management through tracking moved items and safe driving of the company truck are also part of the job responsibilities. Other duties include assistance with art hanging, furniture decor repairs, touch-ups, and organizing the delivery truck to prevent damage to furniture. Physical fitness to stand for prolonged periods, bend, carry, and lift over 75 pounds is also required.

The perfect fit for the role would be someone with experience in furniture delivery, home staging, event set up, or a similar field. The ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day is crucial. They should also be familiar with commercial driving regulations, safety protocols, and operating box trucks or similar vehicles. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is mandatory.
