Real Estate Photographer

DeVore Design is hiring Real Estate Photographers in Jacksonville, FL on a contract basis. This Central Florida real estate photography and home staging firm is expanding its capacity and seeking experienced photographers, videographers, and aerial drone operators to take on independent contractor roles covering assigned territories.

Photographers working with DeVore Design will travel to client properties and capture images and video for real estate listings. Work involves shooting photographs, video, and aerial drone footage. Each day includes traveling between bookings with camera equipment, arriving at appointments on schedule, and conducting oneself professionally on job sites. Uploading photos and video to the company's system at the end of the workday is required. The company provides an embroidered uniform shirt; no photo editing is part of the role. All work must meet DeVore Design's established media standards.

Successful applicants will be experienced in real estate photography and bring their own equipment, including a camera body, tripod, and wide angle lens. Drone equipment is required for maximum earning potential. Photographers must have reliable transportation to travel between locations and safely transport gear. Fast internet access for daily uploads is necessary. A current driver's license is required, and applicants must be willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL before work begins.

An FAA Part 107 drone license is required. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. Applicants should be self-motivated, punctual, organized, and able to manage their own schedule. As independent contractors, photographers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, and mileage.

The position offers flexible scheduling with the ability to choose which counties to cover, from all available areas to specific regions. Compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit at $50 to $100 per hour, structured as 1099 contract work with pay per project. The role is based on the road, traveling to properties throughout the service territory.
