An established Home Staging Company in Pinellas County, Florida, is looking for a Logistics Crew Member and Warehouse Supervisor. The company primarily stages homes throughout the Tampa Bay Area and prides itself as high volume with a dedicated team of employees. The organization is searching for an individual to join the team and looks after the maintenance and cleanliness of its Warehouses, Storage Areas, and Truck Fleet. The core responsibility will be to move and organize the furniture inventory and confirm a damage-free inventory process.
The role also involves logistical tasks, such as driving or accompanying the box truck to different locations within the service area. The individual would also be responsible for ensuring the proper wrapping of art, packed tubs, and furniture, and loading of the same into the box truck while securing each load appropriately to prevent damage or destruction. The role requires the individual to unload the items at the destination and provide excellent customer service to clients.
This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in various weather conditions and can comfortably perform physically demanding tasks like lifting heavy objects. The candidate would also assist stagers on the job and learn the company’s staging techniques.

Workdays include Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday, daytime hours. The role is part-time with the potential to become full time and pays between $17-$25 per hour.
The ideal candidate would have experience in organizing, cleaning, moving, and packing. They should have prior work experience in maintaining warehouse/trucks, and grounds. Other desired attributes include having a positive attitude, being physically fit, having the capacity to lift heavy items, being able to work in extreme weather conditions, and have some driving experience with 17ft to 24ft box trucks. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are also required, along with excellent written and verbal skills.
The job role would entail loading and unloading of appropriate furniture, art, and accessories for each job and complete paperwork without damage to inventory. The candidate would also assist Stagers and install Staging projects as needed (once trained). The position types are AS NEEDED/part-time with potential for full time. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.
