Client Experience Creator

tongg+partners is hiring a Client Experience Creator in Honolulu, HI to manage the complete staging and destaging process for residential properties. This position combines design creativity with logistical precision, requiring strong physical capability to move and arrange furnishings.

The Client Experience Creator will handle the following responsibilities:

• Consult with homeowners on staging strategies using their existing belongings
• Fully stage homes through packing, unpacking, decorating, and styling tasks
• Physically move and lift furniture in coordination with another team member
• Arrange, rent, and operate rental vans for transporting items across the island
• Communicate proactively and clearly with clients to establish expectations and coordinate timelines
• Uphold tongg+partners standards for design quality and customer service
• Manage both short and long-term project schedules
