Client Experience Creator

tongg+partners is hiring a Client Experience Creator in Honolulu, HI. This interior stylist role centers on converting homes into polished, attractive spaces that leave strong impressions on potential buyers. The position spans the complete staging lifecycle, including initial setup, decorating, and final destaging, along with project coordination and inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients about incorporating their existing belongings into staged interiors
• Executing full home staging projects, which involves packing, unpacking, decorating, and styling spaces
• Moving and lifting furniture alongside one other team member
• Arranging, renting, and transporting rental vans throughout the island as needed
• Communicating proactively and clearly with clients to establish expectations and coordinate schedules
• Upholding tongg+partners design and customer service standards
• Managing both short and long-term project timelines

Required qualifications include:
