Lead Stager

Elements by Fusion is hiring a Lead Stager in Broussard, LA. This part-time position offers 32 hours per week at a starting rate of $15 to $20 per hour for an entry-level candidate passionate about interior decorating, organization, and social media.

Core responsibilities include the following:

• Plan and execute home staging projects by arranging furniture and selecting decor elements
• Work with team members to declutter, organize, and prepare residential spaces
• Source and install furnishings and accessories to create appealing living environments
• Generate social media content by photographing and sharing staging and photography work
• Track and maintain staging materials inventory, storing items properly
• Interact professionally with clients, real estate agents, and colleagues
• Research and apply current design trends to staging initiatives

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong interest in interior design, home organization, and social media
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Self-directed work style with initiative and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal strengths
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, and move furniture and decor
• Own transportation to reach various staging locations and the studio
• Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or similar fields is a plus
• Comfort with social media platforms and basic content creation
