This furniture rental company operating throughout the DMV region seeks a creative professional to lead property transformations by partnering with clients to design and execute staging orders. The position blends design expertise with sales acumen, requiring the ability to style spaces through thoughtful furniture selection and accessorizing, manage client relationships, oversee installations, and guide properties toward faster market outcomes and higher valuations.

The Home Stager will handle multiple aspects of the staging business:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing staging clients while identifying and contacting new prospects through phone, email, and networking events to develop additional staging work
• Process inbound staging leads received through the company website, respond to client inquiries, evaluate their needs, and guide them through the sales pipeline
• Design and implement complete staging concepts for vacant properties, transforming blank spaces into appealing homes
• Strategically place furniture, artwork, and accessories to highlight structural features and improve visual appeal
• Oversee all project stages including scheduling, budget management, and coordination of on-site work
• Maintain accurate client documentation in the company's ERP system and partner with management to strengthen service delivery
• Serve as a professional brand representative, delivering attentive communication throughout each client engagement
• Support sales operations and administrative functions as needed to help the team achieve objectives
• Log all contact and follow-up activities in the company CRM system

Required qualifications and experience:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in home staging, interior design, or upscale visual merchandising
• Strong project management abilities and capacity to oversee multiple installations concurrently
• Physical capability to perform hands-on staging work, including moving and positioning furniture and décor
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for site visits and project supervision
• High school diploma required; interior design degree or certification preferred
