Realestaged is a large-scale staging company, completing over 1000 stagings annually with quick turnaround times. Their warehouse and fleet of trucks cater to high volumes and diverse design styles, and their full-time employees enjoy secure, year-round employment.

The job available is largely an administrative role involving discussions with clients about Home Stagings. The successful candidate will cover all processes and client needs for each staging, primarily through phone, text, or email communication. Face-to-face client meetings will also be a significant part of the role, as will leading mover teams on staging projects and making home staging recommendations. Further responsibilities include curation of company inventory, quality control of products before they leave the warehouse, reviewing job site photos, and rectifying staging errors made by other employees.

Key tasks will include evaluating staged properties, selecting appropriate furniture for home staging jobs based on photos and videos, creating vision boards and design plans, coordinating with other stylists, and planning complex stagings. The chosen candidate will be expected to shop both online and in person for new furniture for the Realestaged inventory.

Supporting the design team will be another necessary part of the role, which includes correcting issues with staging projects and providing training on staging techniques and proper furniture placement. The successful candidate may also need to drive to properties to take photos for upcoming staging projects and print artwork for the lead stylist.

Part of the role may be working as a furniture mover, involving the packing and transport of fragile ornaments and valuable furniture pieces. Therefore, good knowledge of optimal packing methods is needed along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The candidate should have expert interior design knowledge and a basic understanding of the home selling process. The pay range for this role is between $60,000 – 65,000 USD per year at their Glen Burnie MD location.
