My Nest Is The Best is hiring a Home Staging Logistics Associate in Frederick, Maryland. This part-time position averages 20+ hours per week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with strong preference for availability between 8 AM and 2 PM.
The role centers on moving furniture and accessories between the company warehouse and staging projects throughout the Frederick area. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Pulling and packing furniture and accessories for upcoming projects
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Driving company and rental vehicles to staging locations
- Assisting the staging team with furniture and accessory placement in homes
- Destaging properties and transporting inventory back to the warehouse
- Organizing and returning items to their proper warehouse locations
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Unboxing and assembling new furniture pieces
- Performing basic furniture cleaning and minor repairs
- Supporting inventory management through the company's online system
Candidates interact regularly with the staging team, homeowners, and real estate professionals and must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout.
Required qualifications include:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with team assistance
- Comfort standing and moving for extended periods
- Ability to safely carry furniture up and down stairs
- Monday through Friday availability during daytime hours with strong core availability between 8 AM and 2 PM
- Comfort with mobile apps and technology
- Basic handyman skills or willingness to learn
