Home Staging and Project Lead

WellRive, a division of Corporate Relocation, is hiring a Move Manager in Eden Prairie, MN. This part-time position involves leading and coordinating all aspects of a client's relocation, from initial consultation through final setup in their new home. The role centers on helping seniors and their families navigate major life transitions by removing the logistical stress and emotional burden of moving.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Pack, unpack, and arrange new homes to ensure everything is ready for occupancy, including making beds, organizing closets, stocking cabinets, and hanging pictures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact coordinating each move from start to finish.
• Meet with clients to plan moves and provide cost estimates.
• Develop floor plans, categorize possessions, and arrange logistics with movers and third-party vendors.
• Oversee and mentor team members during the moving process.
• Address unforeseen issues and adapt plans as needed.
• Keep clients informed, supported, and assured at every stage of the transition.

Job requirements are as follows:

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Smartphone access and fundamental computer proficiency.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform hands-on packing, unpacking, staging, and organizing work.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours that fluctuate week to week.
