Home Staging Installer

Ambiance At Home is hiring a Home Staging Installer in Burnsville, MN. This full-time position involves loading and unloading furniture and staging items, assisting with installations and pickups at client homes, and supporting warehouse operations. The installer works both in the warehouse and on-site, following direction from team leads and designers to help transform spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

• Load, unload, and transport furniture and decorative pieces
• Assist with installations and pickups at residential properties
• Assemble furniture and prepare items for staging jobs
• Handle all furniture and décor carefully in clients' homes
• Help with final styling details such as hanging artwork and wall displays (training provided)
• Support warehouse organization and job preparation
• Meet daily installation and pickup schedules efficiently

Candidates should be reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset. Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required. Applicants need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from the Burnsville warehouse, and comfort with basic tools and furniture assembly. An eye for detail and pride in quality work are important. Moving or furniture handling experience is preferred, as is experience driving a 26-foot truck and DOT certification; candidates with these qualifications may earn higher pay.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift only, with no evening or weekend hours. Compensation starts at $22 per hour based on experience.
