Home Stager / Designer

Stage The Space is hiring a Home Stager / Designer in Las Vegas, NV. This position blends hands-on styling work with administrative and planning duties. The role alternates between installation days at client properties and office days managing projects and inventory. On site, the stager applies creativity to transform vacant homes through accessory placement, art hanging, and room styling. In the office, work centers on project planning, scheduling coordination, and workspace organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and plan stagings to present properties at their most appealing
• Perform on-site work for installations and de-staging: arrange rooms, hang artwork, position accessories and décor items
• Select and retrieve furniture, artwork and accessories to match each project's needs
• Oversee the accessory storage room, maintaining organization, functionality and current inventory records
• Coordinate complex project schedules to keep multiple jobs on track
• Support team coordination efforts
• Complete administrative tasks including correspondence, documentation and file management
• Build professional relationships with clients, real estate agents and external partners

Requirements:

• Training or demonstrated experience in home staging, or interior design background with commitment to transitioning into staging work
• Strong spatial awareness and understanding of scale and proportion in room layouts
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Solid memory for inventory details using the StageForce system, client preferences and project specifics
• Capable in administrative and computer-based tasks alongside creative work
• Professional demeanor and positive interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
• Dependable, punctual and able to meet project deadlines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and occasionally carry items for extended periods during large installation days
• Ability to lift and transport accessory containers weighing up to 20 pounds
• Comfortable working at a desk during office-based days
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for client travel

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, 40 hours per week. Paid time off is included. Candidates should submit a resume, portfolio or images from prior staging or design work, and a brief statement explaining interest in staging and relevant strengths. References are required.
