Assistant Stager

Design Buzz Home Staging is hiring an Assistant Stager in Cincinnati, OH 45237. This part-time position involves supporting the lead stager in preparing and styling properties to maximize appeal for prospective buyers, and offers hands-on experience in real estate and interior design.

Responsibilities

• Back up the lead stager on home staging projects and ensure properties are styled to company standards.
• Organize, maintain, and track staging furniture, decor, and accessories in inventory.
• Remove staging elements from properties once they have been sold, following company procedures.
• Handle setup and breakdown of staging materials across various locations.
• Work with team members to ensure staging projects are completed on schedule.
• Keep work areas clean and safe throughout all staging activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or comparable fields is a plus but not mandatory; a genuine interest in learning is critical.
• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and professional demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift, move furniture, and stand for long periods.
• Access to reliable transportation for traveling between properties is preferred.

The position offers 4 to 25 hours per week at $17.00 to $19.00 per hour and requires an in-person presence in Cincinnati, OH 45237.
