Home Staging Northwest is hiring a Home Staging Logistics Specialist in Beaverton, OR. This part-time position offers hands-on work moving, delivering and setting up furniture and décor for staging projects throughout the Portland metro area. No previous staging experience is necessary; training is provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Loading and unloading staging furniture, artwork and accessories from company vehicles
- Transporting furniture and décor safely to and from residential properties
- Working with the staging team to position furniture and accessories according to staging plans
- Handling furniture and décor with care to protect company inventory and clients' homes
- Inspecting items for damage before and after each project
- Maintaining organization in the warehouse, trucks and inventory
- Assisting with basic inventory tracking
- Representing the company professionally with homeowners, real estate agents and industry contacts
- Following company safety procedures and flagging items requiring special attention
- Supporting the team in completing each staging project

Lifting limits will be discussed during hiring. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for employees operating company vehicles.
The typical schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, though hours vary weekly based on project demand and flexibility is essential. No specific weekly hours are guaranteed. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience.
