Voila Design Home is hiring a Junior Staging Stylist in Philadelphia, PA. The company is a prominent home staging, furniture rental, and interior design firm operating across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Voila stages over 500 homes annually, ranging from starter homes to high-end properties, and has built its reputation on quality design, customer satisfaction, and efficient project execution.
The Junior Staging Stylist will assist with all phases of home staging projects, starting with furniture and decor selection and continuing through installation and final styling.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Select and source furniture, artwork, accessories, and decorative items for staging assignments
- Style and arrange furniture, art pieces, and decorative accessories throughout properties
- Oversee a small crew of movers during installation days to ensure timely and high-quality completion
- Load and unload furniture as needed during project setup and breakdown
- Maintain and organize the warehouse inventory system
- Create detailed and accurate inventory records using provided templates, documenting all installed items
- Coordinate with the design team to meet project standards and deliver quality results
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Strong eye for design and careful attention to detail
- Ability to lead and manage a small moving crew
- Physical capability to lift and move furniture, decor, and artwork
- Willingness to adjust schedule as project demands change
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle available for work-related travel
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying project timelines
The position offers health insurance, dental coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, and the role requires in-person work.
