Warehouse & Installation Crew Member

Philadelphia Design Collective is hiring a Warehouse & Installation Crew Member in Glenside, PA. This part-time position supports the company's home staging operations through warehouse management, vehicle operation, and on-site installation work.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Drive company trucks safely to and from staging locations, handling refueling and arranging routine maintenance
• Pull, organize, and sort furniture and accessories in the warehouse to prepare for staging projects
• Receive shipments and store returning items from completed jobs
• Contribute to inventory management and warehouse system improvements
• Assist with delivery and setup of staging furniture and décor at client sites
• Execute placement and breakdown tasks according to designer specifications
• Handle all materials with care and professionalism throughout the process

The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, though schedules may shift based on project demands, occasionally including overtime or lighter weeks.

Required qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (experience with 12-foot box trucks preferred)
• Capacity to lift and carry items exceeding 50 pounds
• Willingness to pass a background check and submit to periodic drug testing
