Design Lead / Home Stager Lead

Jolley and Co. is hiring a Design Lead and Home Stager Lead in Nashville, TN. The company is a luxury home staging and interior design firm focused on transforming residential properties to accelerate sales. Following a recent expansion into a 20,000-square-foot warehouse and design studio, Jolley and Co. is building its team with reliable professionals committed to developing a lasting career in the business.

Core responsibilities include leading and executing luxury home staging installations, selecting and pulling furniture and décor appropriate for each project, styling homes with meticulous attention to detail, directing warehouse staff during installation work, managing the staging inventory system, supporting merchandising efforts and warehouse organization, collaborating with ownership on project strategy, and maintaining the company's established luxury standards across all homes.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Background in interior design, home staging, visual merchandising, or furniture
• Strong design aesthetic and eye for proportion and color
• Leadership and team direction abilities
• Strong organizational and detail management skills
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Comfort with hands-on physical tasks
