Furniture Mover

The company is in search of a Staging & Design Mover/Installer. This role is crucial in moving, loading, and unloading furniture during client deliveries and pick-ups. The candidate will also be tasked to set up the furniture. Prepping for staging will involve organized and efficient packing and unpacking of items. Also, the potential candidate will need to follow an established inventory protocol which includes the use of a tracking system.

One of the key responsibilities include the transport of furniture and decor. Additional duties involve the loading and unloading of items, the setup of furniture and decor, as well as organizing the warehouse. Hanging artworks forms a part of the duties. Light cleaning and touch-ups of the furniture and decor are also expected. There is a potential need for the candidate to also be able to drive the company's vehicles.

The candidate will need excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A self-motivated and resourceful personality is desired. It is imperative that the candidate is capable of working well with others. Physical preparedness is important as the role may require lifting up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of pulling a trailer is beneficial and preferred. A reliable way to commute to work is also necessary.

The working hours are quite flexible but days typically start around 8:00 and end around 5:30-6:00. There are full-time (32+ hours) or part-time (20+ hours) positions available.

The pay depends on the experience and abilities of the individual, however, a starting pay range is being offered between $16 - $19 per hour. This job could be either full-time or part-time. It is an in-person work situation.
