Home Stager

Zable Staging is hiring a Home Stager in Mukilteo, WA. The company partners with homeowners and real estate professionals across the Greater Seattle Area to stage vacant properties for sale. This role offers varied project work where no two days look the same.

The position involves the following responsibilities:

• Design and arrange furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories to transform empty homes into appealing buyer-ready spaces
• Select and place furnishings, bedding, artwork, and finishing touches with careful attention to layout and visual impact
• Load, unload, and transport staging inventory to and from job sites
• Assist teammates during installation and removal phases of projects
• Maintain warehouse and staging inventory areas in organized condition
• Represent Zable Staging professionally when interacting with clients and real estate agents

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A strong design sense and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a solid work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Physical capacity to move and handle furniture and decor items
• Own reliable transportation with commitment to punctual attendance
• Organizational skills and ability to remain focused under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Preferred experience includes two years in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, real estate, retail display, or related work. Hands-on background working in homes with furnishings and decor is a plus. Social media skills or photography experience are bonuses.

Zable Staging offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $27 per hour based on experience, along with genuine opportunities for advancement into supervisory positions. The role provides creative work conducted in high-end homes within a supportive team environment. This is an onsite position requiring travel to various properties throughout the service area.
