The Assistant is also expected to support designers during staging installations, which could entail tasks such as setting up, styling, and garment steaming. One more task will be ensuring the organization and cleanliness of inventory and storage spaces.

The new recruit will have multiple opportunities to take up design responsibilities over time. Progress is contingent on performance and readiness, offering an avenue for fast-tracking to a Lead Designer role.
