Staging Manager for Real Estate Team

Christine & Company - eXp is hiring a Staging Manager in Seattle, WA 98117. This position offers an opportunity for someone with staging or interior design experience to manage staging projects for the company's real estate team and other professionals in the Seattle area. While an active real estate license is not required, candidates with one or interest in obtaining one are encouraged to apply.

The Staging Manager will oversee vacant residential property stagings, lead a crew of 2, 3 staging employees per project, and work hands-on during installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the following.

• Oversee staging projects for vacant residential listings in Seattle and surrounding areas
• Manage and work directly alongside staging crew members during projects
• Participate actively in hands-on staging at job sites
• Schedule staging work and ensure timely project completion
• Handle staging crew payroll administration
• Maintain consistent organization, efficiency, and quality standards across all jobs
• Ensure homes meet Christine & Company's presentation and quality expectations
• Communicate with team members and foster a positive collaborative atmosphere

Candidates must have experience in home staging and/or interior design. Additional qualifications and skills include the following.

• Prior team management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and careful attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Collaborative attitude and positive outlook
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying work hours
• Valid driver's license
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
• Interest in the real estate field is a plus
• Active real estate license is a plus but not required

The role is part-time, hybrid, based in Seattle with 75% travel required. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, paid per staging job.
