LynneMark Home Staging is hiring a Designer/Home Stager in Port Washington, WI. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and focuses on designing and staging properties while maintaining the company's visual brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and stage interiors in both vacant and occupied homes according to brand guidelines
- Choose furniture, decorative pieces, and accessories from company inventory
- Work with team members to plan layouts, finalize styling decisions, and execute setups
- Participate in the physical staging process, including packing, loading, unloading, and positioning furniture
- Attend planning meetings and suggest improvements to design workflows and procedures
- Uphold consistent design quality and standards throughout all assignments
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Background in interior design, interior architecture, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in home staging, design, or visual merchandising
- Strong design sense and knowledge of modern design trends
- Physical capability to lift and move furniture (team support is available)
- Willingness to travel regularly to area job sites
- Dependability, communication skills, and collaborative approach to work
Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with home staging or real estate teams, knowledge of furniture logistics and inventory systems, and a portfolio demonstrating design work. An associate degree and two years of design or decorating experience are preferred. The position pays $17 to $25 per hour and offers a flexible schedule.
