Executive Assistant

Elite Home Staging, a premier luxury home staging and interior design firm in Southern California, is seeking a dynamic associate. They are keen on hiring a professional with a strong understanding of modern minimalism and refined elegance. The candidate will be responsible for providing immaculate support to their office and executive team.

The role is more than just usual administration. They are looking for someone who can be the lifeline of their business operations. The hired associate is expected to be proficient in coordinating schedules and travel, managing daily office logistics, and handling vendor relationships.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to provide primary administrative support to the executive team. This includes managing calendars, inboxes, and project timelines. The associate will also oversee office operations and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation. Execution of various tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and managing vendor relationships will also form an integral part of their work.

The associate will be expected to prepare reports, presentations, contracts, and correspondence with a zero-tolerance policy for errors. They will provide operational and financial support, assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and QuickBooks entries as needed. The candidate should also be open to managing special projects, internal communications, and team events with creativity. Analyzing various business operations and identifying areas of improvement will also be expected.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in supporting C-level executives or managing office operations. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail are prerequisites. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with QuickBooks will give them an edge. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity are also required.

The candidate must exhibit a passion for luxury, design, and exceptional client service. They will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, find solutions, and display elegant efficiency.

The job offers a full-time employment with a pay ranging between $60,000 to $65,000 per year, 401(k) benefits, and will involve a day shift schedule, including weekends as needed.
