Responsibilities
- Stage luxury homes in collaboration with the company's staging team and design staff
- Create refined, unified interiors tailored to attract high-end buyers
- Position furniture, art, decorative items, and accessories with meticulous attention to proportions and visual harmony
- Contribute to space planning and design choices during site work
- Execute installations and removals with professionalism and productivity
- Coordinate with colleagues to achieve polished final outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional home staging or interior design experience
- Proven expertise in luxury and upscale residential aesthetics
- Strong ability to evaluate and execute styling decisions involving balance, proportion, and detail
- Access to reliable transportation to reach the warehouse and project locations across Southern California, including LA County, the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire
- Portfolio of completed staging or interior design projects ready to present
Preferred additions to a candidate's background include prior work on luxury properties, a formal interior design background, and current knowledge of real estate and design marketplace developments.
