Home Staging Installer / Mover

Calla Lily Home Staging is hiring a Home Staging Installer and Mover in Union City, CA. This is a non-entry-level position requiring substantial prior experience in both home staging operations and moving work.

The installer will manage truck loading and unloading, oversee on-site installations, supervise crew members, and work directly with the company's designer to ensure projects meet deadlines and specifications. Responsibilities include handling removals with proper shrink-wrapping and padding of furniture, coordinating safe transport back to the warehouse or to subsequent projects, and maintaining efficient operations under time constraints.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of home staging experience
• At least 1 year of moving experience
• At least 2 years of experience operating moving trucks with a clean driving record
• Current California Driver's License
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
• Proven ability to manage and direct small teams
• Strong expertise in furniture installation, placement, and logistics
• Fluent English; bilingual skills preferred
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow precise instructions
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse
• Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy

The position is available part-time, with some weekend work required. Advancement opportunities exist for the right candidate. Pay is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with on-site work at the Union City location.
