Home Staging Assistant

All in One Home Staging LLC is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in El Cajon, CA. The successful candidate will work alongside the owner and lead designer to prepare homes for sale throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities include:

• Stage and destage homes across San Diego County with the lead designer
• Steam bedding and textiles, hang artwork, unpack décor bins, and arrange accessories
• Assist with designing furniture and décor layouts
• Pack and organize décor items at the warehouse
• Spend most of the workday on your feet

The role does not involve loading or unloading furniture, which is handled separately. Occasional light help moving items under 40 lbs may be required.

Candidates must have:

• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel throughout San Diego County
• An eye for detail and genuine interest in design
• Respect for clients' homes
• A friendly, collaborative demeanor
• No prior staging experience required

The position starts part-time with hours varying based on the install schedule, ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time. The hourly rate is $20 to $22, and drive time exceeding 30 minutes each way is compensated.
